Hard drive problem need data from it please help.?

I had a computer but it doesnt want to work. I have all my data in it, like every thing from the last 5 years. I have another computer but you cant install a second drive on it. I already went to a computer thing to get some of the things and they can get in but When i try to pass the info it does not copy anything but the folders. I went back but it takes too long for even some things and that wasnt even 5 percent of all the data i have in there. The hard drive is wd Caviar WD 1600 enhanced IDE hard drive. Can some one help me to find an enclosure for it. Guide me to a website please any help would be appreciated.
